If your guests like a little extra heat, fire up their taste buds by preparing this creamy, zesty recipe with RO*TEL Hot Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, and Jalapeno VELVEETA.
Cut ingredients in half. Mix in 1-qt. microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 2 min. Serve as directed. Makes 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.
Serve with cut-up vegetables and/or tortilla chips.

I made this on Thanksgiving this year and used the hot rotel, and it was fantastic!! Super easy to make, and it makes A LOT! We were left with quite a bit of this dip (because of the non-spinach eaters), and ended up using the last of it on baked potatoes. Yum!
