I made this over the summer for a family dinner, and everyone loved it! My mother has requested I make this for Christmas, and I plan on it! Soooo yummy!

4-3/4 cups or 38 servings, 2 Tbsp. each

What You Need

1
pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (Do not thaw.)
1
lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1
pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cut up
1
can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained

Make It

PLACE spinach in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.

STIR in remaining ingredients. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.

SERVE hot with WHEAT THINS Original Crackers or assorted bread cubes.

Variation
Prepare as directed, using 2% Milk VELVEETA and PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
To Halve
Cut ingredients in half. Mix in 1-qt. microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 2 min. Serve as directed. Makes 1-1/2 cups or 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.
Keeping it Safe
Hot dips should be discarded after sitting at room temperature for 2 hours or longer.
