  • Cook and stir chicken, peppers and garlic in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Add 2 cups water; bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender and water is almost absorbed.
  • Add VELVEETA Made With 2% Milk and spinach; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.

Special Extra

Add 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper for an added kick!

    This recipe was very easy to make and so tasty. When I make it again, I would add more spinach but the original way was very good. I can't wait to make it again!!

    I really liked the ingredients in this so gave it world. I don't like using Velveeta, but decided it would be worth trying once. If you make it exactly like it says, it is bland and not appealing. I added garlic salt, the red pepper flakes and just a touch of cayenne pepper. It was amazing after that!
