  • Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add steak and onions; cook and stir on medium-high heat 4 minutes or until steak is no longer pink.
  • Stir in water. Bring to boil. Add noodles; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 7 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add remaining ingredients; stir. Cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.

This is s pretty good recipe and very fast and easy, advice use slightly over 3 cups of noodles, i used right at 3 cups and it does not look like the picture, that or use less cheese and mushroom soup. mine came out runny i guess you would say. but it taste good. chicken is also good in it, i have used this same recipe except with chicken, and i would cook my noodles in my chicken broth then strain them and mix it all together. which is very good. enjoy either or.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is really good. This is really good. The only comment from my husband was to use more spices when cooking the meat. Maybe I'll try garlic and cayenne. I like how easy it is and I don't need to dirty another pot to cook the noodles. I used cream of celery soup ... I can't stand mushrooms!!

I'll admit I had my doubts about the cream of mushroom/ Velveeta sauce, but it actually turned out to be pretty tasty. The sauce was really thick & creamy, very filling. My husband didn't think he would like it but ended up going back for seconds.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a great meal! This was a great meal! The only thing I would personally change after have eaten it, was the "flank steak"... it was very tough to chew. Next time i will use a different type of steak. All and all, it is a great recipe!

The only thing I changed was I used left over London Broil, which I added after the onions were cooked. So the meat was still tender.
