Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is THE BEST Mac & Cheese recipe that I have found. This is THE BEST Mac & Cheese recipe that I have found. It is so creamy with the Velveeta Cheese. My husband absolutely LOVED this recipe and is begging for me to make it again tonight. Oh, I used ground turkey instead of beef and it is just Fabulous. Give that a try for a little healthier spin on this recipe. :)

I made some minor adjustments to the original recipe (i used a whole packet of taco seasoning and I used real cheddar cheese instead of processed). Overall, it was good and quick. I will definitely make it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I used whole wheat thin spagetti broken into small pieces since that was all I had on hand. I used whole wheat thin spagetti broken into small pieces since that was all I had on hand. I also added about 4 more ounces of cheese, since I love it, but it would have been just fine per the recipe. Very easy to make!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My family enjoyed this recipe. My family enjoyed this recipe. It was very good with tortilla chips. Next time I would use taco seasoning on the ground beef to give it more flavor and be sure to use a very chunky salsa. I will make this recipe again soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great use for left-over spaghetti. Great use for left-over spaghetti. I agree that baking would be the best for this recipe but I also think extra cheese helps the taste. I also used ground Italian sausage instead of ground beef and it tasted great.

This is really tasty when you first make it, would probably be even better with some chopped up stewed tomatoes and other veggies in it. Doesn't make a very good left-over though. It gets a little congealed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My husband and I really like this. My husband and I really like this. I substituted Rotel Mexican Fiesta for the salsa, and use Mexican Velveeta (with the jalapenos) and it tastes really good. Gives a little bit of spice and tastes great!
