    This recipe was way too cheesy - if that's even possible. I love cheese but the only thing I could taste was cheese to the point of being overpowering. If I made this again, I would cut back on the cheese and add it gradually instead of all at once.

    i tweaked the recipe just a tad but it came out amazing! my brother in law (who is on a diet) even devoured it! i salted the water with garlic salt & jalapeno salt, added 1/3 of butter to the macaroni and substituted the "pepper" with red & black pepper and red pepper flakes. I also threw in some chopped smoked bacon pieces.
