    We feed the homeless and they love their mac & Cheese. I use a combination of Milk, half and half, sour *****, Velvetta and mild cheddar cheese. This is so good when I add peas and chopped ham or sliced hot dogs.

    This recipe was way too cheesy - if that's even possible. I love cheese but the only thing I could taste was cheese to the point of being overpowering. If I made this again, I would cut back on the cheese and add it gradually instead of all at once.
