Everyone really liked this dip. I used the original Rotel and I thought it was a bit spicy. Next time I will use the mild version and/or drain the tomatoes before mixing in to get a little less heat.
I made this for my husband's birthday party and it was so gross-tasting that I was the only person who ate any, and that was only to try and convince myself that it really wasn't all that bad. But it was terrible. Has anyone actually tasted this stuff?
This is such an easy dip. You don't expect it to be soooo good. Yet it is a delicious dip. Why save it for special occasions? It's great anytime your week calls for a little flavor and a lot of fun!
