Creamy, crunchy and cheesy, this ham salad is indeed versatile. Serve it as a spread with crackers or veggies or use it as a filling for a wrap sandwich.

What You Need

pkg.  (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, finely chopped
1/2
cup  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2
cup  KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2
cup  finely chopped celery
2
Tbsp.  finely chopped onion
Dash  black pepper
Dash  of ground red pepper (cayenne)

Make It

MIX all ingredients; cover.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.

SERVE as a spread with NABISCO Crackers and cut-up fresh vegetables or as a sandwich or wrap filling.

Brunch Muffin Cups
Unroll 1 can (12 oz.) refrigerated biscuits. Press 1 biscuit onto bottom and up side of each of 10 lightly greased medium muffin cups. Fill evenly with the ham salad. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 10 servings, 1 muffin each.
Ham & Cheese Appetizers
Top tortilla chips or NABISCO Crackers with the ham salad. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Warm Ham & Cheese Sandwiches
Fill 4 split French bread or kaiser rolls with ham salad; wrap in foil. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until warmed. Makes 4 servings.
