Unroll 1 can (12 oz.) refrigerated biscuits. Press 1 biscuit onto bottom and up side of each of 10 lightly greased medium muffin cups. Fill evenly with the ham salad. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 10 servings, 1 muffin each.
Top tortilla chips or crackers with the ham salad. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Fill 4 split French bread or kaiser rolls with ham salad; wrap in foil. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until warmed. Makes 4 servings.
