cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs

cup sugar, divided

Tbsp. butter, melted

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup milk

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

cups boiling water

pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin

cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries), divided

Make It

MIX crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and the butter in 13x9-inch pan. Press onto bottom of pan; set aside.

BEAT cream cheese, remaining sugar and the milk in medium bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Add 1 cup of the whipped topping; mix well. Carefully spread over crust. Refrigerate. Meanwhile, stir boiling water into dry gelatin mixes in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Stir in 1-1/2 cups of the berries. Pour over cream cheese layer; cover.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Top with remaining whipped topping and berries just before serving. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.

I made this exactly as the recipe called for, but next time I'll use 2 8oz pkgs of cream cheese and increase the sugar just a bit and use 2 cups of cool whip and perhaps use a 6 oz box of jello as well since the 3 oz pkg barely covered the top. This is a keeper. Very light dessert. Great alternative to strawberry short cake. YUM-O!

My aunt made this exact recipe at a get-together, as directed in the recipe. It was delicious, and I'm looking forward to making it myself, except using blackberry JELLO

Made this in lieu of a birthday cake for my hubby. It was sooo good! So easy to make. I love the combination of the tartness of the berries, cool jell-o and the creamy cheesecake at the bottom. Will make it again! Btw, I used 2 no-bake cheesecake box for the recipe omitting the whipped cream in the mixture. Just used the whipped cream as topping. It was a breeze to make! My mom was surprised how fast I made it!

Tasted great but did not stay in perfect little squares. It was a glopy mess but tasted great. We had very forgiving guest - they loved it too. I may have done something wrong so will probably try again.

This dessert was so easy. The flavor was so cool and refreshing. I wish I'd have saved more room for dessert.
