This was delicious. I made this for a pot-luck at work and everyone raved about it. Like the previous comments, I used fresh strawberries, which made the filling really soft as it sat overnight. If I were to make this again, I would use powdered sugar to help it stay more firm. I used 2 cups graham cracker crumbs, a half stick of butter and a third of a cup of sugar for the crust. For the filling, I used 2 pkgs cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups Cool Whip, 2 cups strawberries. You can use a mixer to mix in the Cool Whip and strawberries so the filling will turn pink and look more "strawberry-ish".
Using the fresh strawberries makes it live up to the recipe name.
