What You Need

slices  OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Turkey Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1-1/2
cups  small broccoli florets
1
 carrot, coarsely chopped
1/4
cup  chopped onions
1
tsp.  dill weed
2
tsp.  lite soy sauce
3
 egg whites
3
whole  eggs
1
cup  milk
1
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

COOK bacon in large skillet on medium heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add vegetables, dill and soy sauce; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

BEAT eggs and milk in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in vegetable mixture and cheese; pour into 9-inch deep-dish pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until center is set. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

Substitute
Substitute 1-1/2 cups cholesterol-free egg product for the fresh whole eggs and egg whites.

Substitute 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill for the dill weed.
Keeping It Safe
Always serve egg-based dishes immediately after cooking to prevent bacterial growth. Be sure to cook until the eggs are completely set. Avoid recipes which call for partially cooked or raw eggs.
