  • Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add shallots; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add pasta sauce, bay leaf and crushed pepper; stir. Bring to boil. Stir in half-and-half and vodka; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Remove and discard bay leaf. Add cheese and parsley to sauce; mix well.
