SPREAD
waffles with cottage cheese.
STACK
waffles on plate; top with fruit.

Substitute
Frozen berries are a great alternative to fresh berries when they are not in season. Substitute 1 cup thawed mixed berries for the fresh berries in this morning recipe.

I enjoyed this. I used homemade waffles, fat free cottage cheese & bananas, since that was all I had. I loved the protein & the sweetness from the bananas. Topped with a little sugar free syrup. Will make again!

I loved this recipe. IT was one of the most delicous I have ever had in my entire life! My whole family loves it! I will totally make this again.

This is only good with blueberries from my fathers blueberry feild. freshly picked. doesnt taste the same for me with frozen berries. I love it, love it.

This was very delicious!!Instead of cottage cheese and fresh fruit I used whipped cream and frozen fruit as a subsitute,which was probably as delicious as the original recipie.I will have to try this again with the original recipe.

Very delicious. I was pretty skeptical about cottage cheese with waffles, but it is really good. WOW!
