  • Cut an "X" in each sweet potato; squeeze from both ends to open at top.
  • Place remaining ingredients in small microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until margarine is completeley melted when stirred.
  • Spoon 1/4 of the walnut mixture over each potato.

Sweet potatoes can be cooked up to 2 days in advance. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. To reheat, microwave on HIGH 1-3 minutes or until hot. Top with prepared walnut mixtrure as directed.
