This warm salad of mixed greens, cooked chicken breast strips, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts and blue cheese is ideal for fall entertaining.

What You Need

cup   plus 2 Tbsp. prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix, divided
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
cup  dried cranberries
bag  (10 oz.) salad greens
cup  chopped toasted PLANTERS Walnuts

Make It

COOK chicken in 2 Tbsp. of the dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min. or until cooked through.

ADD cranberries; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

TOSS with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.

Serve this festive salad as a special treat on a cold winter's night.
Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for the cut-up fresh chicken. Cook and stir chicken breast strips, dressing and cranberries until heated through. Toss with remaining ingredients.
Special Extra
Serve topped with 1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese.
