What You Need

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.), cut into thin strips

1/3

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing, divided

cup chopped tomato

pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix

cups tortilla chips

cups shredded lettuce

cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

cup sliced black olives

1/4

cup green onion slices

Make It

COOK chicken in 2 Tbsp. of the dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium.

STIR in remaining dressing, the tomato and seasoning mix. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

PLACE chips on large serving platter; top with layers of lettuce, chicken mixture, cheese, olives and onions.

This was very good and easy to make, it would be good with corn or beans and definitely sour cream as well!

This was great! I made it with some left over steak that I had in the fridge instead of chicken. I also added a fresh salsa and guacamole. Easy and delicious!

Surprisingly good! My husband loved it and asked me to definitely write this one down. He is a very picky eater. The Miracle Whip really does work with the chicken, although I had my doubts. Wonderful!

I was surprised too at how well this combination of mayo and chicken went together. Just like hot apple pie and ice cream. It's like they were meant to be. The kids loved it too.

This recipe was excellent. I would not have guessed that cooking chicken in Miracle Whip would have worked. Tip: I added some cooking onion and red peppers to pan after chicken was cooked thoroughly. Once onion was cooked, I then added a small can of mixed beans (kidney beans, black-eyed peas, chick peas) and heated through.
