Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was excellent. This recipe was excellent. I would not have guessed that cooking chicken in Miracle Whip would have worked. Tip: I added some cooking onion and red peppers to pan after chicken was cooked thoroughly. Once onion was cooked, I then added a small can of mixed beans (kidney beans, black-eyed peas, chick peas) and heated through.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprisingly good! Surprisingly good! My husband loved it and asked me to definitely write this one down. He is a very picky eater. The Miracle Whip really does work with the chicken, although I had my doubts. Wonderful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was great! This was great! I made it with some left over steak that I had in the fridge instead of chicken. I also added a fresh salsa and guacamole. Easy and delicious!
