Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this recipe! Love this recipe! Made it while camping and found it better to make the cream cheese brick thinner by slicing it in 1/2 (slice the 1 inch thick brick into two 1/2 inch thick bricks). This kept the other ingredients from burning while the cream cheese heated all the way through, and it went farther. I substituted red peppers for the tomatoes. Next time I'll eat with plain Triscuits, Rosemary ones were too much and hid the flavor of the spread. Everyone loved this one!

This recipe was a H U G E hit this Labor Day weekend, as we all sat around, drinking wine & watching my husband grill cornish hens. My grocery store didn't have the Kraft Italian 5-cheese blend, so instead I topped with Kraft mozzarella, parmesan, coarsly grated romano & cheddar, and a bit more tomato. Great to prepare ahead and take along also. Gave out 5 copies of the recipe to friends!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easily converted to a cold cracker spread. Easily converted to a cold cracker spread. Use all the same portions but add 1 small can of diced black olives and mix thoroughly. Put in a dish and cover for atleast 24 hours, before serving top with more shredded cheese a few diced pieces of tomato, and a sprinkling of italian seasoning. Have made it this way several times & continually get asked for the recipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is wonderful! This is wonderful!! Took it to work today and got nothing but rave reviews. I did make a few changes...used sun-dried tomatoes, added 1/4 cup shred cheese on top of cream cheese..put in glass pie pan and heated in microwave 3-4 min on 50% & served with Fire Roasted Tom & Olive Oil triscuits...this will definitely be added to my "go to" recipes :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is fabulous and one of the biggest hits ever with my family! This is fabulous and one of the biggest hits ever with my family! I use the oven method and it has turned out great every time. My daughter took it to a pot luck at work and every single person asked for the recipe. We made copies for them and even shared a huge bunch of our fresh basil so they could make pesto. Thanks for a great recipe!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was (as in past tense, none left! It was (as in past tense, none left!)a wonderful appetizer for our Labor Day party. I, too, used more Italian cheese and two tomatoes and it just made it better. Also used fat free cream cheese and heated it in the microwave. This is one of those recipes that you could use a great deal of culinary license and it would still be wonderful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Wow! So easy even a caveman could do it! This recipe is full of flavor! I made this for the first time for dinner guests and the four of us polished it off in no time flat, it was that good! I baked it in the oven but like that I can grill it when we go camping or even microwave it. Can't wait to make it again! YUM!
