I used 2 oz shredded wheat and bran cereal, 1 medium banana, 1.5 tsp real maple syrup, and heated 1/2 cup skim milk. It was healthy and satisfying.
I absolutely loved this recipe. I cut the recipe in half as a snack & used the spoon size Shredded wheat cereal. I doubled up on the syrup (used sugar free) & after microwaving for 30 sec, sprinkled the tops with a cinnamon/Splenda mixture. Very warm, satisfying & delicious!!
