This recipe gave my Ninja blender a challenge. The bottom layer is extremely thick, it made me nervous about how it would turn out. I did bake it about 5 min longer than they called for in the recipe. It was a HUGE hit! Everyone loved it. I will defiantly make this again, but possibly add some more peanut butter in that layer. As others have said it did raise up more than I thought it would, but it still worked out.

Family did not really like it. It did raise more and seemed to be more cake like.. Don't think this will be made any time soon.

I made this a few months ago and it was amazing.. Didn't last very long because my family devoured it :-)
