  • Combine tomatoes, garlic and dressing.
  • Place cream cheese on sheet of heavy-duty foil; top with tomato mixture and shredded cheese. Place on grill grate.
  • Grill 8 to 10 min. or until shredded cheese is melted and cream cheese is softened but still holds its shape. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with crackers.

    I reviewed this recipe a few years ago. It is fantastic! My go to recipe and is always a huge hit.

    I have made it twice and it is a big hit. The second time I made it I actually used a package of crescent rolls, flattened it out and put everything on top. It was delicious and is great cold the next day. We have also done this without the mexican flair. We used chopped vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, broccoli) mozzerella/cheddar cheese. Delicious! Great versatile and easy recipe.
