MIX meat and 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce in skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 2 min. or until warmed. Set aside.
TOSS spinach with mushrooms, snow peas and berries in large bowl. Add meat mixture; toss lightly.
MIX remaining barbecue sauce, dressing and honey until blended. Spoon over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
