  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place 1 won ton wrapper in each of 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray, with edges of wrapper extending over top of cup. Bake 5 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon artichoke mixture into won ton cups.
  • Bake 12 to 14 min. or until filling is heated through and edges of cups are golden brown.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These were fabulous! These were fabulous!! I added 1/3 cup sour cream to the mix. They are so easy to make and taste so good. You have to remember to precook the shells for 5 minutes before filling them - that keeps them crisp! Everyone loved them! I'm going to try some with crabmeat dip in them too. This recipe is a keeper!

Just made these and glad I did a trial run before taking them to our Christmas gathering Friday night. The concept is good-but they are way to bland! I'm going to add some ranch dressing mix to the blend and see if that livens them up~if not, I'll try something else. They have great potential!

I also think it would be good with some chopped onion. The variations are endless as well! I think next time I will use goat cheese and maybe a little pesto.

After making it I felt it needed salt and pepper fresh out of the oven but after sitting overnight and warming them back up the next day the flavors married together beautifully and no salt or pepper was needed!!

I got lots of compliments on them, and then I realized I even forgot to add the garlic! Next time I'll definitely add garlic. Could be fun to try a zippy flavor too, like ranch or something.

I made this recipe with fillo dough instead of wonton and I didn't use the red peppers. Everything else was according to the recipe. They were delicious and our guests loved them. I will definitely make them again, perhaps using a little more cheese.

Everyone loved them, even people who didn't like spinach/artichoke loved it. Recipe was easy and quick which freed up my time to do something else. Will definitely be making these again.
