Spinach salad is well-liked at our house and this is an easy salad to make. I have added mandarin oranges (drained) to the salad sometimes.

What You Need

1/3

cup KRAFT Light Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing

cups tightly packed torn fresh spinach

cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1/4

cup thin red onion rings

Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces

Make It

MICROWAVE dressing in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 50 sec. or until hot.

POUR over combined spinach, mushrooms and onions in large bowl; toss to coat.

TOP with bacon.

Very satisfying salad. Great with chicken or red meat. I do make sure that the dressing is very, very hot before I pour it on and toss the salad. I think it has better flavor that way. I also added croutons.

This is a wonderful simple salad that can be made in a dash and is really fresh, sophisticated and great tasting. We added a small amount of honey to the dressing to sweeten it up a bit, but left everything else as the recipe called for it. Love it, Thanks Kraft for another great recipe

It is a perfect match! the bacon compliments the spinach and the mushrooms gives it that extra ump! Love it for a quiet dinner for one

When I make this recipe again I will not use as many onions. We don't eat pork so I used Turkey Bacon, which was just as good.
