This salad is quick and delicious. I used round steak for its tenderness.
This recipe tasted great the first time that I made it. The second time I made this saled I didn't use the red pepper and I added chopped dried cranberries and crushed walnuts. It tasted just like the steak and blue salad serrved at a local restaurant my husband and I go to. Now we can save a lot of money and make it at home!
