  • Heat 1 Tbsp. of the dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 2 min., stirring constantly.
  • Add peppers and onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until meat is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in remaining dressing.
  • Place 2-1/2 cups of the greens on each of four salad plates. Top evenly with the meat mixture and cheese just before serving.

The second time I made this saled I didn't use the red pepper and I added chopped dried cranberries and crushed walnuts. It tasted just like the steak and blue salad serrved at a local restaurant my husband and I go to. Now we can save a lot of money and make it at home!

Surprisingly this tasted very very good based on the small amount of basic ingredients. If you love oil and vinegar tastes with warm, healthy ingredients, this is definitely for you. I couldn't get enough. We used feta instead of blue cheese and it tatsed wonderful.
