Rated 5 out of 5 by from Watermelon Agua Fresca A real palate pleaser! My family really enjoyed this drink. Not only did it look great but I was happy to find out that it also had health benefits... Watermelons are mostly water — about 91 percent — good for staying hydrated; and soaked with nutrients - vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids.
