This "cake" was a huge hit at my cook-out last night!
It didn't look as pretty as the picture but it tasted wonderful; we did not have any left!
I am allergic to kiwi so I used bananas instead. However I am sure it will be delicious with almost any fruit.
I made this recipe for a staff birthday at work and everyone loved it. Even the ones on a diet felt they could eat this "cake."
My friends were very impressed with this recipe I made. The only thing is you really have to cut the watermelon on each side to get a straight edge . So that means you might have to cut the watermelon more than 2 inches.
