Cook 1/2 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans or Walnuts, and 1/4 cup sugar in skillet on medium heat until sugar is melted and nuts are evenly coated, stirring frequently. Spread onto sheet of foil; cool. Sprinkle over salad just before serving.
In addition to being low in both fat and sodium, this refreshing salad is also a good source of vitamin A from the lettuce.

tyvm ! so so so Good love it refreshing summer salad <3DELICIOUS!!!! <3 :)
I have made this salad SEVERAL times this summer with some really tasty seedless watermelons we've been fortunate enough to purchase...This recipe is definitely a keeper. I've pinned it & printed to keep a copy in what our kids call my "bible".
You can downsize it to make a smaller batch, too.
Wasn't sure how the watermelon and cucumbers would go together but turned out to be a light and refreshing summer salad.
