Cook 1/2 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans or Walnuts, and 1/4 cup sugar in skillet on medium heat until sugar is melted and nuts are evenly coated, stirring frequently. Spread onto sheet of foil; cool. Sprinkle over salad just before serving.

Really liked this salad. Prepped everything the night before a BBQ and ********* it all just before serving. Also added crumbled feta cheese to this salad and it was delicious.

I have made this salad SEVERAL times this summer with some really tasty seedless watermelons we've been fortunate enough to purchase...This recipe is definitely a keeper. I've pinned it & printed to keep a copy in what our kids call my "bible".
You can downsize it to make a smaller batch, too.
