What You Need

cups loosely packed torn Boston lettuce

cups seedless watermelon chunks (1 inch)

3/4

cup quartered cucumber slices

1/3

cup thin small red onion slices, separated into rings

1/3

cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Make It

COMBINE first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

WHISK dressing gradually into mayo until well blended.

ADD to salad; toss to coat.

Special Extra

Cook 1/2 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans or Walnuts and 1/4 cup sugar in skillet on medium heat until sugar is melted and nuts are evenly coated, stirring frequently. Spread onto sheet of foil; cool. Sprinkle over salad just before serving.

I must have done something wrong, but I did not care for this salad at all. The lettuce was wilted, and I waited to add the dressing. I didn't care for the onions with the watermelon, but have tried other watermelon salads and really enjoyed them. This one wasn't for me.

What a great recipe - so cool and crisp. Made a nice side for inside-out cheeseburgers last night when it was way too hot to turn on anything in the house! Thanks for the recipe.

We loved this recipe. The only thing I would do different would be to dice the onions instead of having rings.

I loved this recipe. Made it for a friends birthday and also made the sugared glazed nuts to put on top. Definitely was a hit....easy to make, the dressing was just perfect to go along with the watermelon....will make it again.

I have made a similar recipe to this and it is such a delicious surprise! I want to try it with the raspberry vinegrette! I also added crumbled Feta cheese and it is wonderful!
