PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place crackers in single layer in aluminum foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.
BRING margarine and brown sugar to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 2 min. Remove from heat. Immediately pour over crackers; spread to evenly cover crackers. Sprinkle with pecans and coconut. Gently press pecans and coconut into sugar mixture with back of spoon.
BAKE 8 to 10 min. or until coconut is lightly browned. Cool. Separate crackers; drizzle with melted chocolate. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
