I was so surprised that these tasted as good as they did considering they were so simple to make! We used the extremly thin cut chicken, so it cooked up in the pan in 2-3 minutes. Then we added cut green pepper, red pepper, and onion. (We put a lid on so the veggies would cook a little faster.) I also made some of that 90 minute Spanish rice that we added to the fajitas. (Oh- and some light sour cream!) I wasn't so sure that they were going to taste very good, but they were great! I'd definitely make them again, especially considering how easy and fast they were. (Especially if you were to use pre-cut veggies.)

EVEN THOUGH THIS RECIPE IS HIGH IN SOME UNHEALTHY AREAS, MY FAMILY REALLY ENJOYED THIS DISH AS A SPECIAL TREAT. I SLIGHTLY CHANGED THE RECIPE TO SUIT MY FAMILY'S TASTES, AND THEY LIKED HELPING ME MAKE IT. I LOVED THAT IT WAS QUICK, EASY, AND FILLED EVERYONE UP. I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THIS AGAIN, ESPECIALLY ON NIGHTS WE ARE PRESSED FOR TIME.

I didn't use any oil to cook the chicken, and I accidentally picked up the wrong vegetables for this recipe, so I ended up using what I had (frozen summer vegetables). I used fat free Italian dressing and the taste was fabulous. Easy to make, easy to eat. We'll use this one again and again at our house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this recipe. I love this recipe. I only use onions and peppers for the veggies and I throw it all in the crock pot in the morning. Discard the juices and put a little more Italian dressing in before serving! I also use London Broil (cut into strips) when I want to make it as steak fajitas.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My mother made this the other night. My mother made this the other night. It was so yummy! I think the key was the stir fry vegetables that she used. It was a mixture of about 8 different veggies that gave it so much flavor. It was really great. I went and bought the same veggies so I can make it the same way.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I need to watch my saturated fat and cholesterol intake. I need to watch my saturated fat and cholesterol intake. I substituted EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) for the Kraft dressing. I also used low fat cheese and fat free sour cream. I really enjoyed these and will definitely make them again. Quick weeknight dinner!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delicious! Delicious! I let the chicken strips marinate in some extra italian dressing for a few hours before I made the recipe, and that made it extra flavorful. I love how quick and easy it was to make, and love the whole "1 trip, 5 nights" idea. I hope they do more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I served it for dinner with some friends and they loved it. I served it for dinner with some friends and they loved it. They even asked for the recipe. I used frozen stir-fry vegetables and just cooked them before putting them into the mix. Could have cooked them a little more but otherwise, it was great.
