  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended. Pour over chicken in medium bowl; toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate 10 min.
  • Heat broiler. Remove chicken from dressing mixture; discard dressing mixture. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers. Place on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 4 min. on each side or until chicken is done. Top with nuts and onions.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked brown rice and a tossed green salad to round out the meal.

How to Soak Wooden Skewers

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 10 min. before using. This will help to prevent them from burning when grilling the skewered food.
