What You Need

1
jar  (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1
can  (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2
cup  water
1
tsp.  dried basil leaves
1
clove  garlic, minced
2
pkg.   (1 lb. each) frozen cheese ravioli
1
pkg.  (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
2
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

MIX spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, water, basil and garlic; spoon 1-1/2 cups into large skillet.

COVER with layers of half each of the pasta and shredded cheese; top with remaining pasta, sauce and shredded cheese. Cover.

COOK on medium heat 10 min. or until sauce is bubbly. Gently shake skillet to loosen pasta from bottom of skillet; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
