Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really enjoyed this recipe. I really enjoyed this recipe. what I did was use a regular salad with ground beef, with taco seasoning, cheese, ff sour cream, tomatoes and olives. Instead of using a salad dressing I used salsa, and to give it less carbohydrates I used a low carb flour tortilla sprayed it with some cooking spray and could it for about 7 min. It came out very crunchy, just the way I like it. I have made this many time and the family love it

I love to break off peices of the top part as I'm in love with the crunchy part! We will definetly be making these! Thanks to ones who gave their opinions on how to make them, so quickly!

For filling we include lettuce, tomato, avocado, celery, carrot sticks, red onion, cucumbers, white grapes, light kidney beans, seasoned hamburger and shredded cheese. This is a much requested recipe at our house.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from disappointed in the tortilla shell. disappointed in the tortilla shell. I thought it would be more crunchy, but it was hard to break or cut through. Next time I'll just do a taco salad over some tortilla chips.
