  • Simmer on low heat 15 min. or until crumbles are cooked through (160ºF), stirring occasionally.

Special Extra

Mix 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream and 1 or 2 finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Add a dollop to each bowl of hot soup just before serving.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a bit spicy but good. This was a bit spicy but good. You can make this as hot or mild as you like. Next time, I would reduce more of the cumin and not add the hot sauce. I didn't have the Bocca Ground Beef and used a Bocca burger instead. It tasted just as good.
