Western Bean and Burger Soup

This was a bit spicy but good. You can make this as hot or mild as you like. Next time, I would reduce more of the cumin and not add the hot sauce. I didn't have the Bocca Ground Beef and used a Bocca burger instead. It tasted just as good.

Very good and very easy. A bit too many tomatoes for my taste.

The soup was wonderful and so easy. The best part is how flavorful it is while still being low fat! I added chopped green peppers since I had them in the fridge.

I made this tonight - It was wonderful! I doubled the recipe to have leftovers for lunch. Very filling and low in fat and calories. Corn bread and tortillas were nice along side.

It was quick,easy,and healthy. I love this soup and so does my family.

We totally loved this. We made it shortly again after the initial try. This goes GREAT with corn bread!

I added half the cumin, and 2 cans of the tomatoes instead of all the water,and I used ground turkey- big hit!

This was very tasty but next time I'll make it with MUCH LESS cumin... it was a bit overpowering for my taste buds!

This soup turned out great. I'm a novice cook and didn't have the cumin it called for, so I replaced it with thyme. It still turned out great. I would suggest lessening the hot sauce just a bit and maybe adding it to suit to one's bowl individually. This recipe will definitely be going to the next family gathering, with two vegetarians in the family it will sure be a hit.
