can   (15 oz.) black beans, drained

can   (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained

pkg.   (12 oz.) frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles

cups  water
1
cup  frozen corn
1
small   onion, chopped
3
cloves  garlic, minced
1
Tbsp.  ground cumin
1/2
tsp.  hot pepper sauce

Make It

BRING ingredients to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat; cover.

SIMMER on low heat 15 min. or until crumbles are cooked through (160ºF), stirring occasionally.

Special Extra
Mix 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream and 1 or 2 finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Add a dollop to each bowl of hot soup just before serving.
