  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine flour, dry pudding mix, baking powder, baking soda and spice. Beat pumpkin, sugar and sour cream in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add butter and eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in nuts and caramel bits.
  • Pour into 4 (5x2-1/2-inch) mini loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool bread in pans 10 min. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
  • Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over bread.

To bake as one loaf, prepare recipe as directed substituting 1 (8x4-inch) loaf pan for the 4 mini loaf pans, and increasing the baking time to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into center of bread comes out clean.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I'll try a different recipe Followed the recipe exactly. After 45 minutes of baking it was not done. Baked for an additional 20 minutes, checking every 5 minutes. The toothpick came out clean after that time but, when it cooled and I cut one of them it was very "wet" inside. The flavor was good but I did not care for the wet texture. I'll try another Kraft recipe next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My gift to neighbors for the holiday I made the recipe several times now and make 16 loaves at a time. They turn out perfectly. If not check your oven temp which may be off. 40 minutes was perfect for mine. And make sure to use pumpkin and not pumpkin puree!
