Rated 4 out of 5 by from I am a WHITE CHOCOLATE FREAK! I am a WHITE CHOCOLATE FREAK!!!!!!! These were very good, there's not a huge burst of flavor when you first taste them but you get a big white chocolate hit in the aftertaste. I used Promise Lite Butter spread instead of butter and a Splenda Brown Sugar Blend Substitute and egg beaters instead of the egg and they are just so good. Next time I might melt more of the white chocolate into the batter though. YUMM YUMM YUMMO

I didn't add any salt as the butter, baking soda & flour have enough salt. I only baked the cookies for about 6 minutes & then took them out of the oven & let them cook the rest of the way while cooking, they turned out perfect
