Make a special-occasion treat even more special by spreading it with a serving of this homemade frosting.
Microwave chocolate in microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Recipe makes enough to frost tops and sides of 2 (8- or 9-inch) cake layers, top and sides of 13x9-inch cake, tops of 3 (8- or 9-inch) cake layers or 24 cupcakes.

I had never tried this before, but it is now one of my favorites. I have made it several times, and it got raves!
SOOO GOOD!!! I left out the coconut so it was just a white chocolate frosting and put it on a white cake with strawberries in it and it was deliscous!
