  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, lime zest and salt. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Divide dough in half. Use lightly floured hands to shape each half into 14x2-inch log; place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until lightly browned. Transfer biscotti to cutting board; cool 10 min. Use serrated knife to diagonally cut each log into 12 slices; place upright on baking sheet. Bake 15 to 18 min. or until slightly dried. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Dip cooled biscotti in BAKER'S Dipping Chocolate (any variety). Let stand until chocolate is firm.

Sprinkle cooled biscotti with powdered sugar. Or drizzle with combined 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 Tbsp. lime or orange juice. Let stand until glaze is firm.

Melt 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate. Dip cooled biscotti in chocolate, then place on waxed paper; let stand until chocolate is firm. Or, drizzle the cooled biscotti with the melted chocolate; let stand until firm.
