I make this cheesecake every year...it's the only cheesecake I make now. It's excellent!!!

What You Need

 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
1/4
cup butter, melted

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4
cup sugar
3
 eggs
4
squares BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted
1/2
cup dried cranberries
1
tsp. orange zest

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour over crust.

BAKE 45 to 50 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours.
