  • Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour over crust.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours.

    The only thing I changed was I used "Craisins" instead of dried cranberries - Delicious and easy. I plan to make it for Thanksgiving again this year.

    i've made this twice now, once for thanksgiving and once just because! its SO good and easy to make! I substituted gingersnap crumbs for the oreo crumbs for a more wintery taste, but next time i'm thinking of using the oreo base and adding a handful of semi-sweet chips to the mix with the cranberries for my chocoholic husband!
