What You Need

OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)

1/4

cup butter, melted

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

3/4

cup sugar

eggs

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted

1/2

cup dried cranberries

tsp. orange zest

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour over crust.

BAKE 45 to 50 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours.

The only thing I changed was I used "Craisins" instead of dried cranberries - Delicious and easy. I plan to make it for Thanksgiving again this year.

i've made this twice now, once for thanksgiving and once just because! its SO good and easy to make! I substituted gingersnap crumbs for the oreo crumbs for a more wintery taste, but next time i'm thinking of using the oreo base and adding a handful of semi-sweet chips to the mix with the cranberries for my chocoholic husband!

Loved it wouldn't change a thing. Make sure you really do let it cool though so the flavor come out.

Perfect Christmas cheesecake! My family loved this! I spread cool whip on the entire top and garnished with twisted square cut oranges and dried cranberries. Looked beautiful and tasted divine! Thanks Kraft for another keeper recipe!

Fantastic recipe! My daughter doesn't like cranberries so I broke up some oreos and threw those in instead, I wouldn't make it any other way now.

This was a hit among my colleagues at the Holiday party. Everybody loved it. It was not that hard to make but looked like store bought.
