  • Pour 1 cup of the cold milk into medium bowl. Add dry devil's food flavor pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon evenly into crust.
  • Pour remaining 1 cup cold milk into another medium bowl. Add dry white chocolate flavor pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in remaining whipped topping. Spread over pudding layer in crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

My grocery store didn't have devil's food or white chocolate jello varieties, so I substituted fat/sugar free regular chocolate and fat/sugar free cheesecake jello flavor. I called it chocolate cheesecake pudding pie. It was a huge hit! We have diabetics in the family and this was a perfect recipe that they could enjoy at our annual reunion picnic.

I substituted regular chocolate pudding for the devil's food since my local grocery store doesn't carry that flavor, and this was delicious. I usually make the graham cracker crust myself instead of using store-bought, since it turns out thicker that way and at my house everybody really likes the crust.
