Caramelized onions can be made ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 2 days before using as directed.

Definitely a crowd pleaser! I'm asked to make this all the time now! Delicious with any kinds of onions and even without the red pepper.
If I make it again I would use less cream cheese & add chicken.
This pizza was amazing! I used refrigerated thin crust pizza dough instead of frozen, and I added sliced red bell pepper and mushrooms (sauteed with the onions). I skipped the crushed red pepper. It was delicious!
