These were great! Low calorie appetizer option that were actually good! The roasted garlic triscuits really made them. This would also be wonderful with spinach and/or artichoke hearts!
I brought these to a hungry group of college kids and they vanished! Every one said the snacks were great!
I decided to make these as an after dinner treat a few nights ago. Everyone really liked them. Even the ones that don't eat vegetables said they would eat them again. They were a big hit and really tasted like mini white pizzas.
