  • Add hot water to vanilla beverage mix in medium bowl; mix well. Add milk and dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  • Spoon evenly into 8 dessert glasses.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with raspberries just before serving. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

Great Substitute

Substitute 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries for the raspberries.

    Very simple to make and so delicious! This recipe is definitely a keeper and I will certainly make it again and again.

    Who cares if it sets or not, it is delicious!!!!! My concern was cholesterol and it only has 5mg!! Great dessert!!!! My kids couldn't stop eating it!
