White Velvet Mousse

Very simple to make and so delicious! This recipe is definitely a keeper and I will certainly make it again and again.

Magazine Acquisition

what you need

Tbsp.  hot water
1/3
cup  GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL Vanilla Crème
2
cups  cold milk
1
pkg.  (4-serving size) JELL-O White Chocolate or Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1-1/2
cups  thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1
cup  fresh raspberries

Make It

ADD hot water to vanilla beverage mix in medium bowl; mix well. Add milk and dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.

SPOON evenly into 8 dessert glasses.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour. Top with raspberries just before serving. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

Great Substitute
Substitute 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries for the raspberries.
