Serve this juicy chicken with mashed sweet potatoes and a steamed vegetable for a delicious meal.
Substitute 1 cut-up broiler-fryer chicken (3 to 3-1/2 lb.) for the roasting chicken. Bake at 350°F for 50 min. or until chicken is done. Makes 5 servings.
Be sure to use a clean pastry brush when brushing chicken the 2nd time. Or, wash brush in hot soapy water.

Super moist! I made it with an envelope of fajita mix since I didn't have any of the kinds it called for. It was great!
