  • Place muffin pieces in 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth. Whisk whole egg, egg whites and pepper in medium bowl until blended. Stir in cottage cheese and milk; pour over muffin pieces. Sprinkle with bacon and onions.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, topping with cheese after 30 min.
