cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

drops green food coloring

cup boiling water

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O X-Treme Watermelon Flavor Gelatin

cups ice cubes

square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

Make It

MIX whipped topping and food coloring; spoon evenly into 4 dessert dishes to resemble the rind of a watermelon. Place in freezer while preparing gelatin.

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes. Stir 5 minutes or until gelatin is slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.

SPOON gelatin evenly over whipped topping. Insert chocolate pieces into gelatin to resemble watermelon seeds. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until gelatin is firm.

Substitute
Substitute 1 Tbsp. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks for the chopped chocolate square.
Variation
This recipe can be changed to fit any holiday. Prepare as directed, tinting the whipped topping orange for Halloween and using orange flavor JELL-O Gelatin. Or, for Christmas, tint the whipped topping red and use lime flavored gelatin, or tint the whipped topping green and use any red colored gelatin.
