This quick and yummy frittata is layered with wild rice on the bottom, a creamy bacon and egg middle and a topping of melted cheddar cheese.

What You Need

cup  cooked wild rice

 eggs

Tbsp.  water
1/4
tsp.  pepper
6
slices  OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped, cooked
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
1/4
cup  drained finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

PRESS rice onto bottom of greased 9-inch pie plate.

BEAT eggs, water and pepper with whisk in medium bowl until blended. Stir in bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and tomatoes; mix well. Pour over rice; top with remaining cheese.

BAKE 25 min. or until top is puffed and golden brown.
