  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Press rice onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Whisk eggs, water and pepper in medium bowl until blended. Add bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and tomatoes; mix well. Pour over rice; top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 25 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Serving Suggestion

For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.

    Different, but we thought it was good, and plan to make it again.

    We loved this! We used 90 minute wild rice and it turned out fine. I'm also substituting in turkey bacon to try to take out some of the fat. Cooking time was longer than listed though, it stayed liquidy for awhile. I am making this tonight for the second time!
