A slice of this delicious tart goes a long way on chocolate flavor.
Prepare using seedless strawberry jam, and substituting 6 halved fresh strawberries for the raspberries.
Melt BAKER'S Chocolate as directed on package. Use a teaspoon to drizzle chocolate back and forth over dessert in desired design. Or, spoon melted chocolate into small resealable plastic bag; press out excess air and seal bag. Cut small piece (about 1/8 inch) from one of the bottom corners of bag. Use bag to drizzle chocolate over dessert.
If you don't have a tart pan, use a plastic wrap-lined 9-inch round pan instead. Prepare tart as directed. Use plastic wrap handles to remove tart from pan before cutting to serve.

The dessert was delicious, though I was a little disappointed with the crust. It was very crumbly and didn't stay together well though I followed directions and pressed it firmly into the tart pan. I'm not sure if anyone else experienced this or what I might've done wrong.
This Winter Berry Chocolate Tart was made by my 14 year old granddaughter for Thanksgiving desert. Everyone raved on how wonderful it looked and how delicious it tasted.
Fantastic tart! Made this at Thanksgiving as an alternative to the pies we made and it proved the favorite of all of the desserts. Easy to make, beautiful appearance.
